ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS-IN PERSON
What to expect…
24hrs prior to session: please limit recreational substances/drugs, including caffeine, and heavy meals. If possible arrive with an empty stomach. Please take prescribed medications as directed by your physician or health care provider. Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting lightly moistened by moon waters during healing session.
During sessions: *Sessions are hands-off*
Price: $185/60 minute session.
ENERGY HEALING SESSION-DISTANCE HEALING
Please have a bowl of salt water prepared (in a cereal size bowl add a tablespoon of salt) and set in close proximity to where you are laying.
These sessions are held over the Zoom platform of which I will send you the link.
Make your space as private as possible - earbuds or headphones can help limit distractions.
Have moon water(s) available or accessible if you have some.
Price: $175/60 minute session
SPACE CLEARING AND CLEANSING

HOLISTIC TRAUMA HEALING: SOMATIC AND EMDR THERAPY WITH REIKI HEALING
This is a multidimensional treatment option that includes psychotherapy. I can provide you with superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits.
